My account is so **bleep** up and paypal is not fixing it. I have been calling, messaging, emailing for
four weeks. They keep making excuses and I think they do not understand in this new structure
set up probably in another country. I cannot get a human to help. Several things are happening
where I cannot access my non profit account, they opened a dead account I have not used in several
years, they do not accept my legal documents to prove my non profit status which was ALREADY
approved and I had been using it for several YEARS! Now on messenger suddenly it is showing me
a bunch of things I am being charged for, ZestAds only one of them that I did not sign up for or
purchase. How in god's name do I get someone to help me? I cannot access my money to help
homeless people and wildfire victims. I feel desperate. And disgusted.
