Okay so I was wondering if I could get some advice. A Depop buyer recently requested a refund through Paypal as they claim they have not received their item. Naturally, Paypal froze the money in my Paypal account which is understandable. However, I’ve recently made sold another item, the person paid but I do not have access to that money? It’s not showing up in my Paypal account or in my recent transactions. I simply got the email about it - I’m guessing this has something to do with the frozen money from the other sale? What am I meant to do because I clearly stated on my Depop profile that I don’t do refunds and I don’t want to send this new item out until I can confirm I have her payment? Please help!!
