HELP! PAyPal has charged my bank account as well as my Paypal account balance for shipping charges from EBay and they are closing my account because of their error since I filed disputes for the amounts. I never authorized my bank account to be charged and they just started doing this in Sept. I filed the disputes individually because there was no way to do it as a lump sum. I got a message that they are closing my account because of filing the disputes so I guess I will be going to file charges if they don't restate it because of their error with the regulating agency in my state. I want it restated so that this can be resolved adapter. Any help would be greatly appreciated! THank you!!
