HELP! Appealing a case/blocked by seller

Has anyone had success appealing a case that ruled in favor of a seller. I never received an item I ordered, and the seller after I escalated my case to a claim sent PayPal a tracking number that states the item was delivered to my home on June 12th. I contacted the seller via the case on June 22nd stating I still hadn't received the item, and on June 25th I escalated to a claim. Because the seller provided this tracking number that claims it was delivered, Paypal is backing them, and not me. I have since tried to email the seller and now they have blocked. Any help or advice is appreciated. This infuriates me, as this is my first ever issue with a PayPal backed business, andI used to trust them, and now will not ever again.
