HELP! Account limitations madness!

Hello, 

 

i am tearing my hair out.  We setup a new florist recently and invested in a PayPal card reader. I setup a new business account on PayPal and I had this account limitations pop up.

 

thinking not much of it, I submitted my PASSPORT and DRIVING LICENCE.  They've been rejected twice...

 

what the hell is going on?  If they'd don't accept a passport or driving licence, what the heck am I supposed to do.

 

ive not even had a chance to use the PayPal card reader, but if it won't accept payments, I've wasted my money and customers are already irritated that we don't have a card reader...

 

HELP,! 

 

And paypal have only sent a useless auto email.

 

frustrated.

Ways to contact customer services........

1. You can click on help / contact and use the message centre option in the blue band at the top of the page (or the very bottom of the page dependent on country).
2. You can click on help / contact and use the phone option in the blue band top of the page (or the very bottom of the page dependent on country).
3. You can send them a personal message via their Facebook page @ www.facebook.com/PayPal
4. You can send them a personal message via their Twitter page @ AskPayPal for Twitter
5. You can use the message centre in your paypal account.
