My account was hacked and hackers changed the step 2 authentication method (no idea what they chose). I cannot access my account although I managed to change my password. I dont know if any transactions were made. I cancelled my credit card. There was zero balance anyway. No sms or email notifications for charges from my e-banking.
BUT I need to access my account and see if they found another way to transfer money or sth and there is no way to contact paypal!!
This is unacceptable. I need to access my account asap.
