I was a guest and I purchased something but was t what it said I bought. How do I dispute it if not on my account ????

Reference the receipt ID number from the PayPal email receipt when contacting PayPal customer service to request a Significantly Not As Described dispute to be opened (responses may be delayed due to reduced staffing):
