Guest checkout transaction

I have purchased an item as a guest, but want to open a dispute as the merchant has closed their store and are not responsive. When I tried signing up to an PayPal account using the Link from the payment receipt email, my account was created but the transaction is not showing on my account. How do I get the transaction to show on my account or open a dispute as a guest? Thank you

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid)
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
