Bought a car part off Ebay a couple of months ago, due to nature of part it tooks weeks to find time, buy extra tools etc to fit it. So 30 day Ebay guarantee etc past. The part ended up being wrong(found out after fitting, seller said it was correct). So i checked payment date and it said payment by paypal, but looked elsewhere and i'd paid by card, but paypal said they'd open up a case as a guest(never heard if this before) which i have subsequently won, but, where in the hell do i find details of this case?? They are not in my usual paypal account pages, or resolution centre??
