A child was killed in a car accident. People gave money and a paypal was created. Paypal locks the account only allowing people to continue to send money. But nothing else. They want they mother and father to stop crying over there sons death and do this and get that and jump through this hoop. Or they are going to let that money sit in there account. Instead of simply refunding the money back to who sent it so a new PayPal can be made and the family be able to receive the help they need. Paypal is greedy dummyings
