I was on Estey and I got scammed and I cannot find I have not gotten my money. PayPal did not allow me to talk to anyone they just closed my case. Say it was authorized in the website or stay said to get the refund through PayPal. None of the websites I did my purchase through has helping me get my refund though they say they have a refund policy if you don't get your item. nor can i get in contact with customer service of PayPal
