Hello, I was scammed by false advertising. The item that arrived was completely different to what was described, I returned the item to the address provided by the seller and it has already been several weeks with no response from the seller, the tracking number shows that the item has already been delivered. Can the seller just permanently not respond or something? why has the case not been resolved yet? why is paypal so highly in the favour of scammers?
