Hi all. So, I foolishly bought something this summer. Saw I was paying with PayPal, so felt I was protected. Item I purchased and what showed up are not even close. They sent me this dollar store 2” dinosaur instead of the “puppet dinosaur in a box”. Big scam. My bad.
So I reached out and got the typical “sorry you are not satisfied, etc, etc”. So I started a PayPal case. Sent pictures to PayPal, now the seller wants me to close the PayPal case then they will refund me. I have received an email every day for the past 30 days (getting tired of these guys) and every day it’s the same reply from them. I keep telling them I don’t trust them and won’t close the case. We are going in circles. How long will PayPal keep this going? If I close the case then the seller will have zero reason to refund, and I am out my $40, right?
