Tried talking via live chat, keep getting a bloody error stating that I am contacting outside of business hours, but lo and behold I have tried every hour for a day straight.
Also contacted them on twitter, they promised me a review however, to no avail, I still haven't received an email.
It's annoying enough that my funds are being withheld from me, but even after 180 days PayPal still remains a broken service with no care for customer service whatsoever.
Any other way I can speak to a REAL person and get my funds, because after that I will refrain from using this garbage service.
