Got charged with 25$ for nothing

Hello there! I'm Yootti. I got charged with 25$ for no f* reason.

So what is fishy about this:
Fishy "company" name: Eeveelution INC
Random cancer website: https://umbreon.org/
This guy has like 5 billion emails: <removed> etc etc.

And the most suspicious one is:
So the date today is september 7th. I got charged today, FOR NO REASON IN AUG 7!!! 
Do you understand? In september 7th I GET CHARGED... FOR NO REASON.... IN AUGUST 7
I already disputed a claim but paypal does nothing
Basically "I" payed 25$ to a random dude.
I think my account got hacked but paypal dont beleive me.
IDK how to provide proof with this stuff.
I'm freaking out cuz I'm a college student and if I dont have money.... well lets just say my whole life is over.

Wha???? So the charge/transaction is dated Aug 7 but appeared today in your account and today's date is Sept 7, is that what happened?

Call customer service and have them review the transaction:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US (or email us or chat if during local business hours).
