Got burned by a China company?

I ordered a TrakID electronic device back on Feb 19. I quickly filed a claim believing I was getting burn by a china company. Its now Mar. 27 and I recieved a pair of socks from that China company. I took a picture but I cannot find a way to add it to my claim?? There is no "Escalate Claim"  option? I cant seem to find a number to contact a customer service rep? Not sure what to do? Ive tried the "Text" option under Contact Support. But it just keeps leading me back to the same claim status?

Click on 'view' and you should have the option to 'change' the dispute from non receipt TO not as described, do it asap before the dispute times out or if its a claim paypal closes it.
