Got Scammed

I got scammed and sent someone $180 on paypal for tickets to a comedy show.  I don't know what to do to get my money pack.  Paypal says they can't cancel the payment even though it's still processing.  Any tips to handle this?

Would help if you said how you paid?

Would help if you said how you funded the paypal payment?

Would help if you said what it says next to the transaction in your paypal account?
