Got Scammed

Hello, I would like to know happens if I've been scammed? 
I have reported a error but it says wait till a week and try solve it by ourselves but the seller was a scammer so i would like to know how can I get the money back?

The dispute stage is for you to try and sort things with the seller, if not then you can escalate to a claim as long its 7 days since you paid.
