Got Scammed by closing Case

Hello!

I just ordered a service from a guy over WhatsApp and I sent 2 transactions for him.

Then he told me to open and close case because money was in hold for him!

I did that and the guy never sent back anything here finally told me that I won't receive anything and this was a scam.

Please how can I get my money back now? its $275

Why would you need to open and close a dispute or claim to get funds released for a seller?????
He scammed you, you can only open x1 dispute per transaction and can't re-open a closed case.

@kernowlassI chatted with him over WhatsApp he told me if you want your service you have to release money for me and I trusted him and I did that.

Can PayPal open a second case for me? or anything that I can do please?
