I bought a real basketball online 50$, seller sent me a toy for 2 dollars. I demand a refund and seller takes forever to respond and only after I file a claim on paypal. Trolls me for weeks, paypal ask me to file a claim with FTC and I did and pasted the receipt, yet they need documents and ruled in seller favor. Now, I am holding my nuts and got scammed out of 50 bucks.
What is this buyer protection **bleep**!!! What can I do, any advice?
