Hi, so I purchased an ebook from google books today and the ebook wasnt working right. The pages were all blank and it wouldn't work on any of my devices. I paid with PayPal and requested a refund directly to google. They said no. I've now contacted PayPal but some people are saying they won't refund a digital good like an ebook? Is that true, even though the ebook isn't as it was described to be??
Good to know. I managed to persuade Google into giving me the refund luckily. I think I'll stick to physical copies instead of digital copies from now on.
