Hi I ordered something from USA to come to the UK on the and it was posted 17 march, I'm still waiting and also waiting for the seller for proof of postage, would you request a refund or wait because of what's happening at the moment.

You have up to 180 days to open a dispute for non receipt of item so plenty of time.

Also couriers and postal companies are prioritising delivering medical equipment at the moment so all postal items are facing long delays.

I ordered something from Amazon the other day that normally takes 1-3 days and it was nearly 3 weeks.

So international transactions may be facing longer delays.
