Goods not delivered

Hi all,

I ordered two items from a website FBPHANDEL.COM on the 17th June. Foolishly it would appear to be a scam website, the money being pain to a Zhenglin li. Looking up this company online a number of people have flagged this as a scam website. I contacted PayPal thru the resolution centre probably choosing the wrong complaint (unauthorised payment) which PayPal refused immediately. I am trying to, therefore, to get my money back thru non delivery of goods but the resolution centre will not let me proceed saying that the case is closed. Can anyone offer any further advice?
