Something is troubling me. I want to buy a quad bike but the seller is refusing to dispatch the bike after I have paid via paypal. He is saying that he has to wait until the ‘payment clears’. Is this a usual practice? I am quite wary of this as I haven’t heard of it before and wonder if it is a scam. It is an EBay seller. Thank you folks!
