I ordered two folding canvas chairs that had a canopy and folded into a bag They didn't arrive and when I started a complaint I received two short canvas bags minus the chairs now I have been asked to return these bags to China before they will consider a refund of 39.98 USD . This all started in July anyone else have a similar problem
my husband ( a chef ) and his colleague ordered a portable BBQ grill $26.97 from China. They have both received cheap plastic sunglasses. Raised a dispute and I've been told to return the item which will cost $20. Neither paypal or the seller has made any reference to the fact that a BBQ was ordered not sunglasses. Cannot get through to anyone at paypal, who clearly are allowing us to conned out of money. Not sure what to do now.
