I got scammed by an Indian man who I thought was kind and friendly trying to give an amount to to loan me. I payed him over £300 for a loan processing fee and now he's cancelled the requested he was supposed to pay since two weeks ago. I feel stupid and let down from my own stupidity. He's ignored all my emails and messages on Facebook whatsapp and no sight of his accounts anywhere I search to this day just disappearing out of thin air. I lost my money and have no idea if the claim and dispute will even do anything for a refund on paypal.
