I have got a charge on my account from a purchase that was not suppose to be made, but yet I can't get anyone or anything to help me. I have tried messaging and calling and was told by an actual person from Paypal that she didn't know what to do and to just keep checking on it. When I have already filed a case and they wont let me respond back to it online at all. I have contacted the seller many, many times and they refuse to respond back. I followed every instruction online about what to do with the transaction still in pending and right after and nothing. Nothing is happening and no is helping me.. I don't know where to go from here but I need my money back!
