Getting scammed when I already have proof of confirmation from the buyer receiving my item.

Recently I had a transaction where I was selling an online gaming item to a random person. After getting the item from me, the person disputed and claimed that he wanted to buy something else but I didnt give him, so he wanted paypal to refund the money. It is so unfair for sellers that they don't the right to fight back when the buyer has the protection. Paypal has put my account on hold for about 2 weeks and I cant do anything with it. Now they're asking me to provide more documents, when I have already sent them what I had. Could anyone tell me what I could've done or there's nothing I could do to report this problem.
