I bought something from a FB store and then when I recieved the payment confirmation I noticed the email was fishy so I did a Google search on scam sites and sure enough this site is a full on scam. I reported to PayPal and they say there's nothing unusual about the payment and they won't refund me. What can I do?

If you happen to pay a scam website, you do not report it as unauthorized. You did indeed authorize the payment, hence PayPal did not find unauthorized activity. Instead, file item not received or Significantly not as described (if you received something not as described). You’ll have to contact PayPal customer service to request a change to the case reason to item not received.
- Click Disputes and account limitations.
- Click Disputes.
- Click Dispute a payment.
- Click Call Us or Message Us after “This information might help” box.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
