So I ordered 3x£50 Steam Cards on Currys Ebay Store on 20/09/2020 and they arrived o[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]of the cards had no funds on them and Currys support (0344 561 1234) suggested I return them through DPD, who collected them on 28/09/2020. I have screenshots of the email transcripts indicating that DPD took the faulty cards and that Currys was processing a PayPal refund that never occurred. I've contacted Currys support multiple times and they suggest I talk to PayPal. So how would I go about receiving my £100 refund?
Help would be much appreciated.
