I am trying to get a full login history that would include the time of logging, email used and IP address for my account.
There was unauthorized activity and Paypal has refused to acknowledge it as such saying "it's within normal parameters" Both inside the resolution center and over the phone, ye they are NOT willing to provide the log files.
Did anyone succeed getting these out of them, perhaps via some snail mail official request? Anyone can share info on how?
I am happy to involve police, but so far they have not been that helpful.
