Getting a refund

What if my seller doesn't respond to my refund by a certain date. He's not replying yet to PayPal and I needed this part badly to finish my paint job.

If the seller doesn’t respond by a certain date PayPal a favor the buyer and you’ll get a refund. My seller just gave PayPal fake tracking number, so PayPal close my claim. Even though on the actual tracking number the delivery name address delivery date, and weight of the product are totally different than what specified on my order confirmation. And now I am left not being able to reopen my claim and get my refund

Thank you Misspriss11. I ordered my part on Jan 18th and still not arrived don't know why PayPal waits so long to get rid of bad or fake sellers.
