Getting Scammed

So i sold an item, buyer came back and stated item wasn’t as described, and failed to provide evidence for a refund. he filed a claim and i submitted my evidence that it was a scam. paypal halfway took my side, and said the buyer had to ship the item to receive his refund. i got the shipment today and it was not the item i sold him and it was a clear and through scam. now i’m left in the resolution center only able to say that i received the shipment but i never received the actual item i sold. i cannot contact a representative on paypal in a timely manner since i have to message the system and they send the log over to a representative. no help from either paypal or grailed. any help would be appreciated!
