I won some money on a game that lists PayPal as the responsible party for collecting payment. The game Starry Legend. I won over $200.00 US. The game’s creator, a Yitang Huong is trying to defraud me, sent a paltry $2.00/+ change payment, that after PayPal fee is $1.61. How do I make PayPal fix this? They won’t answer the phone, it’s like they KNOW they **bleep** up. I’m beginning to think they are accomplices with this game creator. I am about to take legal action, if I am being defrauded, who e,she is being defrauded?
