I finally received my dog beds after waiting for over a month They were not as Fluffy as advertised. Very dissatisfied, they also came from China. The company does not do refunds at all. I will not buy from this company or would I recommend them. I never got shipping or tracking info. They did send an email that said the item had shipped. Poor customer service.
