I can find no way to even try and resolve my issue. Paypal says open a resolution, but my item does not appear. I've gotten no help from Paypal.
It is a shame that they allow scammers to sell. I am done with Paypal. Cannot afford to throw money away.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
