Hello. I'm looking for some help with a situation I'm in. Funkoboss is an incredible artist and her products are amazing. In 2019, I ordered two custom pops from her, totaling around $300. She sent me one in late 2020. It's now 2021 and I haven't received the second pop. I've tried communicating with her via Twitter and email. The last time we spoke was a month ago via email, where she told me she had all the materials needed to make it. I sent her everything she asked for. Still, no pop. It's been an upsetting experience. She was great to talk with and I haven't come across any negative reviews about her business, so, I'm not sure why this happened to me and I'm at a loss as far as what I can do. This is a hundred and fifty dollars we're talking about here. I also want to warn others.

Sadly you only have up to 180 days to open a paypal dispute for non receipt of item.
Advice is voluntary.
