My account has been limited but the 180 days hold is up. I got an email from paypal stating that i can now withdraw the money from my account. Upon doing this i got an error message "Sorry, the amount you're trying to withdraw is below the minimum." I tried serveral amount and even tried adding a bank account but no luck
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
