Funds still not released after 180 days

It's well over 180 days (if not more than 190 days) and paypal still won't release funds held in my account. No email from them as regards that. Why are they toying with my patience.

Please reach out to customer service and let them know that your funds have not yet been released. You can find your contact options at the bottom of the PayPal website by clicking Contact.

I have tried reaching out multiple times. What they all telling me is to wait for further review. It's over 200 days now 😡😡😡
