Funds after 180 days?

Hello. I recently came across my PayPal account from last year. It was limited due to me not verifying my information (2/3 completed). It has been around.. 8 or 9 months since the limitation. I read somewhere that after 180 days you can receive the funds ect. How can I get my funds? and how can I contact an advisor if needed?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
