Hi, all, I bought various items from a seller and only half arrived, couldn't reach them so eventually went through resolution centre to try get 50% refund for items not delivered. The seller is now sending me half of what was not delivered and I will get a refund for the balance.
What do we now? We both agree this is the course of action but how is this transaction actually processed? Do I send a request for funds to them? Do they send to me? Or is it somehow automated through the resolution centre? Have mailed the help service on PayPal but no response yet and the case closes in ten hours so time pressured to resolve it soonest.
