Maybe someone can help us come to terms with the outcome of our claim against a supplier we purchased a product from. We purchased an apparent high end product from a Chinese supplier who represented their product as “highest quality” as well as showed the apparent product in a picture. What we received and what was depicted in the picture is in no way the same product. Without resolution from the seller, we made a claim with PayPal. We just received notice that they choose in favour of the seller! There is no way for us to show PayPal the difference in the product through the picture..it’s clear as day that they are misrepresenting their products and are fraudulent! I’m am so upset because I though PayPal was a “secure” way to do transactions. Any help would be appreciated!
