Fruad - someone took over our vendor acount and ask me to send payment to another paypal accout.

we used mass payment to send the money (over $3000).

 

PayPal confirms that the money is still in the fake PayPal account - but say they cant do and won't do anything.

any suggestions? 

 

The email looked legit, the request to send to another paypal was reasonable. i know its the receiver's problem,

but paypal cant do nothing from his side as well. 

 

any suggestions? customer service in chat said they dont even consider it a fraud.
