Frozen school bag

I purchased a frozen school bag on the 1st August and I've not received it and on my purchases its not there as seller has deleted there account this bag cost me 20.99 and it was for my 3 Yr old daughter

Seller closing their account does not stop the transaction showing in your paypal account !!

So why not go and open a dispute for item not received on paypal?
