Frozen Funds

To whom this may concern,
I recently had my account limited and my funds frozen by PayPal for no reason. I have two accounts, one is a business and the other one is my personal. First of all, my business account was disabled by PayPal because someone that sent me money wrote a word in the description that apparently violates the terms and conditions of PayPal, therefore my business account was limited. I can not control what people write in descriptions. While limiting my business account, they have decided to limit my personal account as well which has my personal funds. This is unethical because I only use my personal account to purchase items and receive money from friends and family. PayPal does not answer any phone calls, emails, or support tickets that have to do with my case. I called a few times and they just drop the call after hearing that it’s my case. This is very unprofessional. I simply want to withdraw my personal funds and never deal with PayPal again, but I’m being ignored and my personal funds are being held without cause. This is money fraud and stealing being done by PayPal. Next step will be a lawsuit for holding funds without the option of resolution.

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal holds any funds for 180 days as that is the same time frame that buyers have to open paypal disputes.
If no disputes are opened against you in 180 days then 'normally' you are allowed to withdraw the funds as long as you are over 18, the account is in your legal name and registered in the country where you reside.
Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.
Your best bet is to wait until the phones are back up and running and then phone customer services so that you can speak to an agent.
Then they can help advise on how you can withdraw the funds if and when you are allowed to do so.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
