I bought some furniture from a local shop that sells via Instagram and their site. The seller sent me a message telling me to pay via friends and family (now I know this was dumb, didn't know about buyers protection at the time). It's been two months and I haven't recieved the furniture and the seller is refusing to give me a refund. Its a local shop I can pick up from but they've stopped replying. My question is what can I do? Police report? Small claims ?
