I sold something locally. Person paid me through F&F. Now i am being charged back. theres a dispute case open for this and i dont know what to do. its asking me to respond. My only options are "I've already shipped the product or provided the service", "I've already issued a refund" or "I'll issue a refund to my customer and close this case." None of which applies. When i pick the first option, i am asked "To help us quickly resolve this claim, you can provide the tracking information for the item. You can provide up to 5 tracking numbers and shipping company names.". I dont have a tracking, i dont have any contact with the person and at the same time, the text we had was vague and we did mostly by calling. I dont know what to do. i understand that the owner of the paypal he used was probably hacked but this should be my concern right? isnt it on her for having her paypal hacked?

Its against Paypal rules to accept a family / friends payment for selling goods and you risk your Paypal account being limited if you do so.

A buyer would not be able to open a Paypal dispute for non-receipt of item OR item not as described as they would have no Paypal buyer protection.

However they can still open a dispute for an unauthorised transaction OR do a chargeback (via their card issuer) and you may well lose as you would have no Paypal seller protection.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
