Friend sent me money, but I dont see it

Please help ! Friend sent me money and their transaction shows completed, but I never received the money or email confirming the transaction..

Make sure payment was sent to the right PayPal account.

It was I even have the transaction number that it was sent.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
