I did not receive items off Ebay I opened a paypal case The seller then provided a tracking number 2 weeks after I purchased items I checked with courier and this tracking number was not sent or delivered to my address.I told Paypal this but seemed to have ignored it Paypal though have accepted tracking number and closed the case Anything I can do?
