I just got 3 emails from PayPal in Spanish that a debit card was added, then all my funds were withdrawn, then the debit card was removed!
I disputed the transaction, but PayPal said Case Closed because "we found that this transaction was not unauthorized and hence couldn't be covered under PayPal Purchase Protection."
Any way to dispute this or report fraud? This obviously wasn't me withdrawing these funds and then quickly removing the debit card!

ANOTHER PATTERN MAYBE? When PayPal ran out of stupid excuses to deny my claim, they used one similar to yours. They told me the retailer was told by me that I accepted the item. Now why would I tell the seller I was happy with the item AND THEN START A CLAIM? Just another stupid, made up statement by PayPal to drop a claim.
